David became a REALTOR(R) in 1976 when he joined the family business. Since then he has become a known expert in his field. He holds three of the industry's highest, and most sought after professional designations. He is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and a Graduate of the REALTOR(R) Institute (GRI). David is a native of Rapid City, and knows the area personally and professionally.
