David Kahler is the Owner Broker of Keller Williams Realty Black Hills (KWBH), co-owner of Kahler Property Management, and the team leader of The Kahler Team. David became a REALTOR® in 1976 when he joined the family business. Since then he has become a known expert in his field. He holds three of the industry's highest, and most sought after professional designations. He is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI). David is a native of Rapid City, and knows the area personally and professionally.
