ZillowVERIFIEDI vacationed in the Hendersonville, NC area last week. David showed me 2 properties; admittedly my budget is small in comparison to the market in this area, but he knew that and said it didnt matter, its all about the service, for our team. I had let him know that I had negative experiences with 2 other realtors. His communication was poor while I was in the area, but he did communicate and check in every couple of days. The day we viewed the 2 properties, he only provided an hour and halfs notice. Once I left the area, I sent him a text stating the new parameters for the search. I received no response. The next day (yesterday) an adorable property in my price range came on the market. I texted him at 8:42 am asking him to take a look and ensure it was a good neighborhood. At 12:48 he texted, Okay! You got it!! I responded, then call me. I want to talk numbers. This is what Im looking for. At 5:47 I texted, are you going to get by there today and call me? It is the next day at noon and I have not heard from him. I find this to be a character flaw and shows a lack of integrity. Very disappointed with my experience with David. I gave a poor rating on local knowledge (told me nothing about Hendersonville), Process expertise (we never got that far), Negotiation skills (we never got that far), Responsiveness, absolutely poor. Nonexistent. Thankfully I have found a realtor and she is helping me to submit an offer on the adorable house.
