ZillowWe were introduced to Queenston Realty about a year ago when we attended one of their in-person seminars. Later, we met David Jacoby when we decided to choose Queenston to help us find a home in Princeton. From the start, David took the time to understand our needs, and our interactions were cordial, insightful, and productive. He explained the process in detail and set our expectations clearly. We visited many homes together, with David always being flexible and accommodating. What we truly appreciated was the constructive nature of our conversations. We never felt rushed or pressured to make an offer. Often, David would point out details we hadnt noticed and aspects we should consider before making a decision. Each time we requested it, he provided a comparative analysis indicating the probable price a home would sell for, whether above or below the asking price. When it came time to make an offer on a home we liked, we knew our price was right. David remained engaged throughout the entire process to ensure everything went as planned and was stress-free. In the end, we are extremely pleased we chose Queenston Realty and would highly recommend them in general, and David Jacoby in particular, to anyone looking to buy (or sell) a home in Princeton, especially in this very difficult market.
ZillowWe had an amazing experience working with David and the Queenston team! David was incredibly kind, patient, and flexible throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer our questions and truly went above and beyond to help us navigate our first home purchase. We ran into a few issues during the closing phase, but thanks to David?s dedication and the hard work of the Queenston team, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. We?re so grateful for their support and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable real estate team!
ZillowDavid helped me buy a new house for my parents. He got us the best possible deal we could have hoped for, was exceptionally helpful and responsive, even to our tiniest requests, and was involved at every stage of the process, including even after close. Very grateful for his help and highly recommended.
