ZillowVERIFIEDDavid went above and beyond in helping us relocate from out of state. He worked tirelessly to help find the right home for our family, always accommodated our schedule, shared homes with us virtually and met various inspectors and contractors on our behalf. We appreciated Davids knowledge of the area, realtor expertise, and his patience through the entire process. Thank you David!!

ZillowVERIFIED I have used Dicksie with The Humes Ward Team to buy 2 houses. She has always worked extremely hard, was very available. My first house was a new construction and most recently helped me find my adorable house that I love in a very competitive market.

ZillowVERIFIED David is knowledgeable and experienced real estate agent. His presentation (pictures and write up) was impressive. He retained services of interior decorator Debra to stage the house which I thought was unusual. This shows he is really committed to provide best available services to the client. I believe this was a critical factor in selling the house in less than two weeks. We were not present for closing due to prior commitment. David handled the sales for us and deposited the check in our bank account immediately after the closing. He kept us informed at every step during listing and sale of the property. He is an excellent photographer who posted beautiful house pictures on internet.Leigh Lewis handled closing by accepting power of attorney on our behalf. Lee provided excellent services maintaining all paper work during closing. She has pleasant personality and always eager to help the client in closing. Closing process would not have been a breeze without her. She made sure that the funds were deposited in our account promptly as we had left the town prior to closing.David, Debra and Leigh formed an excellent team in selling ans closing of our property.

ZillowVERIFIED David Humes is wonderful advocate for you during the home buying and selling process. As I began my transition into retirement from the Active Army last year, we knew that we would be selling our house in Versailles and begin the search for a home that would accommodate the military house and personal house we needed to combine. David began working with me from my distant duty station, providing options and ideas. He was patient as we worked through preparing our Versailles house for sale and during our search for a new home.In the end, David not only advised us well on the new home we purchased but helped us to sell our house in the first week it was on the market. Not only is David on hand to always ask questions and provide assistance but his assistant Leigh is a key component to success. She is always working on the finer details that often escape attention during a large process and is an irreplaceable advocate when dealing with governmental entities and mortgage companies.I highly recommend David and his team. Our experience with David was so positive that we are seeking his assistance in the selling of two additional family member homes.

ZillowVERIFIED David listened to our concerns as first time home buyer. He didn't force a decision on us if we felt it wouldn't be best for our family. Our house was on the market for 4 days and if it wasn't for David and Shannon we wouldn't be where we love today.

ZillowVERIFIED David did a great job working for us in both selling our house and finding a small farm in Woodford County. David knew the market extremely well, went above and beyond the call of duty to assist in the closing, and was extremely helpful in all aspects of the process. I highly recommend David to anyone trying to sell or buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We did not buy a home from David but he was very helpful about a particular home that we wanted to look at. He was very quick to answer calls and emails, provided us with extensive previous listings for us to compare and was very honest. I would gladly use him again.
