We looked at 9 Burton Vista in Lafayette, to seriously buy it, not some bored tourists. We loved it from the pictures and we live nearby and need an upgrade. David ruined it. The house had a cute fish tank when you walk in. Kids run up to look at it and he scolds them. Dude seriously? Just wipe down hand prints. You dont hear car salesman yelling about finger prints. And they are selling something a fraction of the price. Then we use the elevator and get yelled at again. There were no signs not to use it. Suddenly our future home didnt feel like home at all. He single handely ruined the vibe completely. If I was a seller, he is the last person I would use.

My husband and I happened to connect with David by chance through Zillow when we requested a home tour at the start of our home buying journey almost 2 years ago! That day, David was prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and SO patient. Although we only requested to see two homes, he suggested that since we had a free day and it was the start of our first home buying experience, to take a tour of the area to get a sense of the market. He spent probably half a day with us driving around the area that day, and we must have seen 3-4 places in multiple neighborhoods. Being a young couple, home buying was an intimidating experience and David was extremely responsive and educational throughout the time we've known him.
