My husband and I happened to connect with David by chance through Zillow when we requested a home tour at the start of our home buying journey almost 2 years ago! That day, David was prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and SO patient. Although we only requested to see two homes, he suggested that since we had a free day and it was the start of our first home buying experience, to take a tour of the area to get a sense of the market. David helped us navigate through an immensely complex land transaction, with great success. We achieved a sale, with numerous obstacles, requiring a team of experts, which was pulled together from David's large contact base.
