ZillowVERIFIED David was so helpful throughout the entire process, he has helped my husband, and I buy our home and sell our previous homes. He helped us paint our garage in the middle of a freezing February, plowed the driveway, and was there with suggestions and names of quality workers in the area that could assist. During COVID-19, David was so helpful in making sure that my lawyer and I were well aware of what was going on. We cannot say enough about David - he is a stand-up guy, honest, hard-working, and will go the extra mile. Thank you David - we highly recommend you and tell everyone thinking of buying or selling a home to use David Hoke!

ZillowVERIFIED Before listing, I had 3 realators come and give me advice and help to sell. Dave asked me the most questions, and really looked @ things. I think he was able to give me the best plan for the successful sale.

ZillowVERIFIED Dave Hoke was very professional and easy to get a hold of during the house searching and home buying process. He was committed to finding a home for us that would meet our present and future needs. It was not hard to schedule showings, sometimes even at the drop of the hat. The home buying process felt a lot more natural and easy while working with Dave.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Hoke was professional and courteous. He facilitated the transaction well, was a helpful mediator with the buyer. He personally helped clean up the property, and monitored the water line, certainly more than required of him; we were grateful.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Dave Hoke as your realtor! The day after we signed on with him he had 4 appointments setup for buyers to visit our home. Our house sold the second day it was on the market! Dave was always there when he said he would be, and called when he said he would call...he kept us informed every step of the way...what would happen first, what would happen next! He was honest with us about our home's strong points and some things that maybe weren't as strong. We had never sold a home before and Dave took the time to explain the process to us in detail. I'm certain you would not be disappointed with his service. Beyond all that I've already mentioned...Dave is just a really nice guy...someone that's easy to talk with and someone you would enjoy working with.

ZillowVERIFIED David Hoke is a excellence real estate agent he has taken us to a lot of houses and we have purchased 4 investment properties through him. He is helpful, responsive and gets business done. We have tried other agents and frankly they DON'T have a clue, like they got there licences from a cereal box! Others we have called DON'T even call back, where Dave returns calls in a timely manner, sets apointment and actually shows up. In my book Dave is A+ Carl Kinter
