We called David just a week before leaving for Europe, and he sold our East Side Providence condo while we were awayaEUR"securing an offer we gladly accepted within seven days! He kept us constantly updated, sending electronic documents to sign overseas (we got the news in an English pub and celebrated with a virtual toast!). When we returned from Europe, we worried about finding a new place before closing, but David made it happen. After showing us countless listings and personally driving us to viewings, we found the perfect North Providence condo. When we faced a 45-day gap between closings, he connected us with a mortgage banker on a Sunday to bridge the financing. He procured an inspector for our prospective North Providence property, negotiated a price reduction after discovering undisclosed fees, and had our East Side condo fire-inspected before closing. David represented me on the sale of my East Side condo. He was the best realtor Ive ever worked with, and he went above and beyond in so many ways. Real estate transactions can be emotionally tough because they often occur at times when other major life changes are happening. David was very patient as I went through my protracted decision-making process, and once I decided to put the property up for sale, he helped in a myriad of ways. He offered smart advice about pricing, strategy and staging, all of which turned out to be correct in hindsight. I had a long daily work schedule and could not be home during the week, but David handled bringing in the photographer and others, was amazing about responding to texts and emails, and always kept me in the loop. He incorporated my input, which I really appreciated. Most importantly, he is a genuinely nice person who worked with all the parties throughout the transaction, so that the bumpy parts of the negotiations were respectfully handled. Fairness and ethics in such a high-stakes transaction are very important to me, and I couldnt have asked for a better representative. Would strongly recommend David as a realtor!
