For most people, buying or selling a home will be the most expensive and important sale they make in their life. Hundreds of thousands of dollars are riding on a few months of preparation and work, and that is not something to be taken lightly. As a Real Estate coach, I am here to do one thing and do it well: Help you make the best decision you possibly can, and take what can be a stressful and agonizing process and make it smooth and exciting, the way it should be. I am the Golden Rule Realtor and Real Estate Coach, and I am here to serve the good people of my home state, New Hampshire. As a Real Estate Coach, my first priority is to provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to make a good decision, whether you are buying or selling a home. Some agents will push you to sign paperwork, and might just view you as a paycheck, but my commitment is to do whatever I can to help, no matter what the situation, and no matter if it ends up making me money or not. I aim to gain your trust by treating you according to the Golden Rule. When I refer to myself as The Golden Rule Agent, I am doing so with total sincerity, and an honest heart desire to live by the principle of "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you". I believe that the single most important thing I can offer to my clients is the opportunity to work with someone who truly cares about them, has a heart for service, and will put their needs ahead of my own. Working with me means having a Realtor who will pay attention to your requests and tell you honestly if what I'm offering is the product that's right for you or not. I come from a family of nurses, waitresses and military members. You might say service is in my blood, and it is certainly something I am passionate about. Being in a position to help others, and somehow better their lives, is a place I love to be. I come from a customer service background, both in a retail leadership position and as the owner of my own handyman business. I know that every customer has a desire to be heard and understood, to be cared for, and to have their needs put first. That's the exact service that I have been providing to my clients for years now. When I had my own handyman business, my business cards all stated "see the difference integrity makes." That tagline fully expresses my set of soul to live a life, and build a clientele, based on a foundation of honesty, responsibility, and just plain doing the right thing. I grew up in the beautiful town of Dublin, right at the foot of Mount Monadnock. I love small town living, and the sense of community and closeness that comes with it. I currently live in Wilton, NH, having moved here when I married my lovely wife, who happens to be the most wonderful woman in the world. She is a nurse in the area, and I am so proud of her for all the years of school and training she took to make her dream a reality.
