ZillowVERIFIEDOur realtor David Grego was fantastic to work with! We contacted him about a year ago to help us find a waterfront home in Marathon, Florida. He showed us all the best neighborhoods and restaurants in Marathon, and we learned a lot about the area which was so helpful. We eventually found our perfect property in the Sombrero beach neighborhood and we couldn't be happier. Thank you David for sticking with us and finding us our Lil' Piece of Paradise!

ZillowVERIFIED David and Carly were wonderful to work with! I referred my father to David for his sale on Key Colony Beach because I knew he would be in excellent hands and he was. My father further proceeded with a purchase from them on Marathon. David's honesty, candor, and local expertise truly made the experience seamless and despite having to be creative with the need to sell the home to buy the new one he insured everything my father needed was taken care of. I would recommend Island Breeze to anyone looking to transact real estate in the keys. Professional, honest, and knowledgable, it's a very important combination and they have them all.

ZillowVERIFIED David and two members of his team, Carly and Lauren, were extremely helpful and persistent in finding us the right home that was within our budget. In the current market, thats not an easy task. Davids extensive knowledge of the Marathon community was invaluable and he seems to have contacts in almost every trade or craftsman any new homeowner may need. David is very open, friendly and honest. Carly and Lauren couldnt have been more professional, friendly and responsive. We would recommend the Island Breeze Realty team to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED David recently helped my husband and I purchase a home in Islamorada, FL and the experience was nothing but positive! The entire process went smoothly from start to finish. From the moment we met David he was professional and so easy to talk to. We looked at 15 houses in one day and David was patient and didn't rush us. He negotiated effectively to keep us within our budget. David always answered his phone when we called him and responded to emails very quickly. ZillowVERIFIED David and his office did a fabulous job helping my wife and I purchasing our retirement home! We spent a week looking throughout all of the Keys. Each day we saw multiple properties in our parameters and he helped us narrow it down to the property we purchased. David was able to fulfill our needs through the entire progress. Not being local, he and his office were (and still are!) a valuable resource for the two of us.

ZillowVERIFIED David spent an entire week with us exploring the Keys from Key West to Key Largo. He was prepared each day with new listings to show us. He is experienced enough to help us understand our own needs and narrow the scope of our search so our time wasn't wasted looking at properties that weren't appropriate. Not once did we feel that he was impatient or exasperated with the amount of time we asked him to spend with us. And once we found the perfect property he was reachable and attentive from contract until closing. He is definitely a "full service" broker and runs an office that reflects this same attitude.David, Jo, the staff, Tiki and Reef ..... only office we would consider after this experience.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently purchased a home in Marathon, Florida, and had the pleasure of working with David Grego, of Island Breeze Realty. We felt Davids help went so above and beyond the normal expectations for everything involved in purchasing a vacation home. Since the majority of the transactions involved in us meeting all of the requirements for closing, were done from another state....we were especially appreciative of Davids knowledge of every aspect involved...and that he was always available for our phone calls or emails. Whether they involved routine questions about the closing requirements...or the helpful advice concerning our questions about local utilities, or businesses providing services such as housekeeping or tree trimming. We will definitely recommend David to our family and our friends. ZillowVERIFIED David sold our Irma-damaged house in Marathon shortly after we listed with him. He is very kind, considerate and understood how difficult it was for us to loose our beloved home. He shipped a piece that he found in the pool at his own expense, an extra kindness we didn't expect. He is a gentleman and is straight-forward. We felt we could trust David and rely on his expertise and his knowledge of the local market. I would gladly deal with David again.

ZillowVERIFIED If we were to buy another house in Marathon, Carly would be the first person we would contact. After sending an inquiry about a property she promptly reached out to us to help us schedule a viewing of there, and then also asked us some questions to get a better idea of what we were looking for so she could show us other properties that fit our desires. when touring the different properties she was very helpful and receptive to any questions that we had. When we finally decided to make an offer on a property she immediately got the ball rolling and helped us get in contact with everyone that we needed to apply for the mortgage and eventually close on the house. If we ever had any issues during the closing process she was always there to help (and quickly too). If she hadn't heard from us in a few days she would always check in to make everything was going smoothly. My husband and I are truly grateful to Carly and the Island Breeze Realty team to help us find and purchase our very first house, and we cannot wait to make it our home!!
