ZillowVERIFIED My wife and were looking to relocate to the Erie/Meadville area. We told David what we were looking for in a property and he did a excellent job in helping us find a property that met our wants and desires. It was nice to have a realtor who was more concerned with what we were looking for in a property than just making a commission. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, courteous and professional. David made our home search easy and enjoyable. We highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED David was a great realtor to work with! He made a stressful situation easier to deal with because of his honesty, and willingness to work for us. We had 60 days to buy a house and make a 5 hour move across PA. Everything fell into place smoothly. We have been in our new home for about 6 weeks, and it truly feels like home.

ZillowVERIFIED He made everything very seamless. He was very helpful. His evaluation on my house was spot on. I live in Florida when the house went on sale, so what I stated previously is very important. The only thing is that, I wish that he would have taken care of snow removal for the open house, since I was no longer in town. I know this is not part of his job, but it would of been nice.

ZillowVERIFIED David was excellent to work with. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, flexible with times, and got to know us well in order to find us the right home within the time we had to find one. I would highly recommend David to anyone looking for a home and would only use him, if we look for another home in the future. I actually have asked him for other home and renting advice for my children as well. I trust his judgement. I know he would give me his word and be honest with me, while finding the best deal for my family.
