So professional and so efficient.He has insane knowledge of the area and of this industry. When we first met, he asked on a verbal deal (I bet it would have been handshake but since we're in a pandemic, that wasn't possible) that the only thing he asked of us was that if he gives us his time, we give him ours.What's also amazing is that with each house we went to see, he brings up great points in regards to the functionality and things to consider. His energy was contagious and really kept us excited through the entire process. I appreciate that he takes the time to make sure the place I am looking at is right for me. He is honest about what he thinks of a place which is great he won't say "oh ya love that place!" just to make a sale he will be honest and say things such as, "did you hear the train and the freeway? It is really loud here and the house costs a lot for where it is located....." Gotta love the fact that he won't push for a deal if it is not right the home.
