ZillowVERIFIED To keep it simple David is everything that you want in a realtor, especially in this crazy housing market. He is professional yet friendly and we truly enjoyed getting to know him throughout our home buying process. David is attentive to his clients before, during and after the transaction and resolves issues quickly. We saw that first hand and were very impressed! He has built strong local business relationships with professionals that get things done right, no matter what part of the process you are in. I couldnt recommend him more and wouldnt dream of going anywhere else for any of my familys real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED David was wonderful to work with. Always answered in a timely manner, knowledgeable, and very personable. Made my home buying process stress free. A friend referred me to David based off of a great home buying experience she had with him. I was glad to receive the same excellent service.

ZillowVERIFIED David was the best realtor I could?ve chose for my first time buying experience. He helped me the entire way and never lost contact with me. He worked so well with me and always answered every question I have. He was determined to get me my perfect house! I will forever recommend him and I still stay in contact with him even though I bought my house in July. He?s so helpful and very good at his job! He was very quick with paperwork and everything that needed to be completed. He also recommended me to a great lender and I?m so happy with how my first home purchase ended up! Thanks for everything David!

ZillowVERIFIED David was so quick with responding to our questions and needs at any time of day. My husband and I worked with David when we were buying a second house/cottage. We were unfamiliar with the area and lived 3 hours away. David was flexible with his availability, which we greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend David!

ZillowVERIFIED David Germann made my entire search for a new home a fun and easy experience. He took the time to get to know exactly what I wanted which cut out a lot of looking at houses that werent what I liked. When ever I had a question he responded immediately. Rarely, did I have to leave a message, but if I did he called back within minutes. He was very easy to talk to and very honest which is hard to find in Sales. I had another agent selling my home and I switched to David, just for his skill in making people feel at ease and informed.
