ZillowVERIFIEDWe tried to private sell our house to a cash buyer. Should have been easy, right? Should have maxed out profit, right? WRONG. It was a nightmare of waiting and waiting and ultimately it fell through and we lost time and money. Enter David. He gave us ideas for finishing touches on our property to max out our asking price which we quickly got an offer for and made a nice bit more than we would have with the original plan even after his well deserved compensation. He even helped us find our next investment property that we close on next week. What a gem of a realtor!!

ZillowVERIFIED I've used David twice as realtor. I purchased a home in 2012 and my experience with David was such a smooth process that when I decided to sell my home in 2017 I called him again, and once again was extremely satisfied. David listed my home on a Wednesday and by Friday he had someone scheduled to look at it. By Wednesday of the following week there was an agreement made between myself and the buyer. The whole process was flawless and David literally did everything for me making it also stress free. I would highly recommend him for his expertise of the market as well as his attention to customer satisfaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Hello, it is with great pleasure that I recommend David to you as an agent for the sale of your home or property. David is a knowledgeable professional who knows well the geographic areas he works in. He listed our home for the appropriate price and we were amazed at the amount of immediate activity by perspective buyers. The home sold very quickly...there were no complexities! He made the whole process simple and stress free. We will not hesitate to use David again should we buy or sell in the area. Thank you David!

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with David and a mutual client during November of 2013. I am a mortgage loan originator (NMLS# 1047058) and I was on the financing end of the transaction. At times when I needed our mutual client to get documents to me David would gather them and fax/email those required documents to me either the same day or early the next morning. We ended up closing this loan early in time for Christmas and i would say David is one of the major reasons. He is very polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the industry as a whole and the local area. Having a Realtor like David on your team will certainly make for a smooth process to purchasing your home. I highly recommend contacting David.

ZillowVERIFIED David Gardner is the best Real Estate Agent I have ever used and I have used several over the last 50 years. When you use David it is like having your own agent working for you 24/7. His many e-mails and calls keeps you well informed and Apex Realty Group is also great for their listings. When i did a web search for property in Huntingdon County area my property was listed on the 1st page. I would rate them #1 in that area and I would know.I used the other big agent up there years ago and never sold the property that David sold for me.It was sold and settlement was in the same month and I had the check from the Title Company in my hand that day. I would highly recomend David,It's like how I said earlier but having family, your brother in the business and his personal cell to get ahold of him far past office hours. Thanks !!! ZillowVERIFIED David Gardner is a very knowledgable, well versed, and accomodating real estate agent. In today's environment, an agent who values integrity and follows a motto of treating others with dignity and respect really leaves an impression when searching for a home. His constant availabilty to answer questions within a timely manner, superior knowledge of the area, and overall attitude make him an obvious choice when I recommend an agent to any family or friends in the market. I appreciate having the chance to work with him and hope to utilize his services next time I'm searching for property! - David S.
