We were 1,000 miles away and he took care of lining up contractors to clean and perform minor repairs which made it easy on us. He seemed well informed on the current market conditions specifically in our building. The title company he recommended made the closing process very seamless. I would use him again if the need arose.

ZillowVERIFIED Steer clear of this agent. Poor communication skills-rude responses to questions. The buyer of our house was actually shown the house by us!! David was not around. Phone calls from our lender to a David were not returned. We ended up looking to the title company for answers to outr questions regarding closing, etc., We would NOT recommend David Fedor. His answers to questions usually began with 'I've been doing this for 15 years...'. Really a disappointing and stressful experience with this agent.
