ZillowVERIFIEDDavid is such a go getter and really down to earth! Normally realtors are just after your money and trying to sell a house without looking around for any issuesaEUR|.NOT DAVID! David went into the crawl spaces of homes we viewed to make sure everything looked good structurally, looked for leaks, made sure the outside structure was good too. He truly have our best interest in mind and will never push you on anything he will tell you what he thinks but will always leave it up to you. He is also very good at showing you what is within your budget rang which we never got that with our first realtor who showed us nothing but 400k homes when we wanted to stay in the 200k rang. If you are first time home buyers like we were he is very knowledgeable in lawyers, mortgage companies and inspectors in the richland/lexington area which is amazing if you dont know what to look for. He will even compare mortgage companies to make sure you are getting a better deal. So stop looking for a realtor that just gets you and ask for David!!

When he showed up he had a hard copy in a very nice and professional binder. He went over it with us and detailed his strategy. He made a big promise; that our house would sell quick . He cited data and demographics and how it applied to our house. He was very right. He doesn?t lie. If he doesn?t know, he?ll say it up front and get back to you with an answer. He communicates effectively and efficiently. As a former military guy, it spoke volumes to me. He is very professional and also personable, which is a rare trait amongst people. I rate him 11/10. My only unfortunate negative comment is that we moved out of state and cannot use him again.

I first worked with him to find my first home in Columbia. As a military member, I had to conduct a lot of my house hunt remotely and only had a very short weekend to see houses. David goes above and beyond by providing local insight, professional advice, and true wisdom that one can only acquire through years of experience like he has. At multiple points throughout the process, he helped me with paperwork, answered all my questions from the most basic to specific, and even followed up on me shortly after the move. I recently sold that home with him again as my realtor. He had local connections to help me find a good price for some minor home repairs and also gave solid advice in listing the home. He provided that same attention to detail by providing shoe coverings, masks, and sanitizer for potential buyers to see the house. We were under contract in 36 hours from listing at asking price! David is by far the best realtor Ive worked with!

One thing I cant stress enough in this review is that David is not your typical realtor. He treats you like family. I recently changed job locations, moving across the country to South Carolina, which meant I met David initially online and most of our coordination was remote. Despite the distance, I never felt worried or concerned. I came to South Carolina for a quick weekend and David had dozens of homes selected to view. One thing that really stood out, was that David took the time to show me around the city and familiarize myself with everything Columbia had to offer. This helped me get a better idea of neighborhoods and also calmed my nerves about moving to a new city. Even though I did not find a home the first day, his local knowledge of the area led me to expanding my search and finding the perfect home. He helped me negotiate for additional appliances in the home. Throughout the process he always quickly answered my questions and acted as my boots on the ground while I was trying to get myself moved across the country. When it came time to close, it was simple and stress free.
