ZillowVERIFIEDDavid was Awesome! He was on top of everything. Went out of his way on a difficult transaction to close the deal. If you want a down to earth honest guy this is the person for you. A+++
ZillowVERIFIEDDavid is a very talented realtor who has an intuitive nature that aids the buyer to feeling confident in the real estate process. In the purchase of rural real estate, I found him to be helpful in addressing concerns I wasn't aware of until he pointed them out to me.
ZillowVERIFIEDDavid was wonderful. He took his time to make sure our needs were meet in what we wanted in a home. He was our voice in not only when we were buying our new home but our voice when we were selling our home. Due to my husband having cancer we had to sell and buy a home at the same time and David, was AWESOME. We got a home just perfect for our needs. Because my husband and I were traveling back and forth to Colorado, David did an excellent job for us to make sure what needed to be done was done and fair as buyers. If I had to do it again, I would definitely call David again. Thank you David for being our voice especially when we didn't know nothing about selling or buying a new home. David was more like a true friend than just a Realtor. He was very compassionate in regards to our situation. We are so pleased with our home. WE LOVE IT!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe buy and sell all of our homes with David. He is very knowledgeable of our community. He goes out of his way to show everything we are interested in.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe are from out of town actually out of state and were looking for acreage in New Mexico. David took time to work with us and show us land that his was in the middle of no where, that we eventually bought. We found him honest and fun to be with also very professional.
ZillowVERIFIEDDavid sold my home in ONE day. Literally. Not only did he sell my house he dealt with my nightmare buyers. Their own realtor quit on them so David stepped in and saved the sale. He earned his commission a thousand times over. If you want your house sold, and fast David Duerkson is your guy.
