ZillowVERIFIEDWe bought our house from a different state and David was our eyes. He toured the home, gave us his honest feedback as well as securing the purchase in a multi-bid situation. Great to work with.
ZillowVERIFIEDDavid is the MAN! He patiently worked with us for over 3 months until we found our perfect home! He went above and beyond to to do whatever it took to get us where we needed to be. David also sold our house (in four days) and that process was just as amazing as he is. Definitely recommend! Definitely will use again in the future.
ZillowVERIFIEDDavid was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish and helped us find our perfect home! He guided us every step of the way and was patient with our many questions as we bought our very first home. We recommend David to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable home-buying experience!
ZillowVERIFIEDDavid made sure everything went smoothly at closing once we found a house I was happy with, building on that, he made sure the sellers took care of all the minor problems that were not fixed as we were signing the papers and by the end of the week the home was perfect. He knows Tampa very well and found me an amazing home in Seminole Heights that checked every box I wanted, I highly recommend letting David help you find your new home! - Gavin R (first time home buyer)

ZillowVERIFIEDDavid helped ease the stress of purchasing our first home. Very kind, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly super patient with our two children. They both adore him. Always responded quickly, attentive and constantly available to show homes to us. He also steered us away from any subpar choices. He showed us several homes until we found the perfect one. He also always laughed at my jokes! If you need any realtor help hes your guy!!
ZillowVERIFIEDHes very friendly, experienced, understood what I needed. If I found something and asked to see it he made it happen knowing I was on a tight schedule. If I had a problem or a question, I could call or text him anytime of the day or night.
ZillowVERIFIEDDavid was exceptional, he was patient with my concerns, negotiating the deal I offered, and helping with every single thing along the way ! I could not have had a better realtor .
ZillowVERIFIEDWe are new the area, and David helped us to find a rental house. He did a great job, and was very responsive. He really put the time in to help us find the right place, and he was available anytime we needed his help. We would highly recommend David, and plan on using him as our realtor in the future when we buy a house.
ZillowVERIFIEDRecently purchased a home through David and could NOT be happier with the process. David stepped in last minute, due to my previous realtor backing out, to get me a bunch of listings to check out. He made the whole day empty to show me 10+ homes in one day. He was pretty responsive when I reached out about anything. With it being my first time buying a house, he helped me out through the process, to make it as smooth as possible.
ZillowVERIFIEDHe was very knowledgeable and really helped me make the decision that was right for me. I was relocating from Massachusetts and didn?t know the areas well but David put me in the right direction.
