I was also incredibly impressed by Davids knowledge of VA assumable mortgages and his ability to structure the sale in a way that benefited both us and the buyers. That was especially important to me because I wanted everyone to walk away feeling like they had been treated fairly and gotten a good deal. One of the most memorable things David did was ask us to write a aEURoelove letteraEUR? about our home for potential buyers. I had never heard of a realtor doing this before, and after living in our home for 26 years and raising our family there, writing that letter was surprisingly emotional. It made such an impact on the family who bought our home that they wrote us a letter in return! It warms my heart knowing that such an important part of our lives is now being cared for by another family who will raise their children there and make memories of their own. David also isnt afraid to roll up his sleeves and get his hands dirty. He has a fantastic network of contractors and laborers who do excellent work, and he was there every step of the way helping us get the house ready. Selling a home after 26 years is about so much more than a transaction, and David understood that. He combined expertise, creativity, hard work, and genuine care throughout the entire process. If I ever needed to buy or sell a home in an area David serves, he would absolutely be my first call.

He will always take the initiative to take action. There are 2 places where he won us over: 1. Going the Extra Mile on our Sale: While we were in escrow, David went to our old house a few days before closing - totally unprompted - to tidy up and leaf-blow the backyard. He wanted the buyers to fall in love with the home all over again during their final walkthrough. It was a "human touch" I've rarely seen in this industry. 2. Going the Extra Mile on our Purchase: We toured nearly 100 homes. For every one, David recorded 60-second walkthrough videos from his perspective. These videos provided a realistic view that professional photos often hide. In fact, it was one of Davids personal videos that caught our eye and led us to buy our current home!
