We were connected through Zillow with David and we could not thank the algorithm enough! From the very short notice viewing it was clear that David was willing to be available on short notice and communicate clearly. He was knowledgeable about the property but was honest when he didnt know anything. Being first time homebuyers sometimes felt like staring up at the face of a vertical mountain but David was the alpine guide we needed. He was extremely patient with our hundreds of questions and always provided clear, timely responses. David also gave us a lot of pro-tips and seemingly is pretty great as a negotiator since we got our offer accepted right away! He even got cleaners for our move in day to make sure nothing got in the way of our excitement. We are looking forward to continuing our relationship with him moving forward.

David was recommended to my wife and I by a close friend and it was the best experience we could have asked for. David was extremely responsive and helped guide as along the path as we navigated buying our first home. He quickly found us the house of our dreams and then put on his inspector hat and literally got his hands dirty and crawled under the house with me to inspect things. That was one of the many things my wife and I appreciated the most, his ability to point out issues in houses and explain what exactly it would entail to fix those issues was vital. He has a contact for everything and we never once felt like we were lost or not heard. We couldnt recommend David enough!

David stands out from the rest of the realtors I've worked with because of his energy, enthusiasm, and his willingness to get his hands dirty in whatever the problem may be. He will always take the initiative to take action. There are 2 places where he won us over: 1. Going the Extra Mile on our Sale: While we were in escrow, David went to our old house a few days before closing - totally unprompted - to tidy up and leaf-blow the backyard. He wanted the buyers to fall in love with the home all over again during their final walkthrough. It was a "human touch" I've rarely seen in this industry. 2. Going the Extra Mile on our Purchase: We toured nearly 100 homes. For every one, David recorded 60-second walkthrough videos from his perspective. These videos provided a realistic view that professional photos often hide. In fact, it was one of Davids personal videos that caught our eye and led us to buy our current home! He's a great guy to have by your side while checking out houses. Ask him anything you want - no dumb questions with him. He doesn't have an ego, and will always help out. Great job, David!
