ZillowVERIFIED There were many more obstacles to selling our house than we anticipated and far too many people from lawyers to local city employees to inspectors who promised to take care of something and didn't. The lone exception was David DePaola. If he promised something, it was done. When we encountered a problem or needed professional help, David took care of it. If you called him, he answered every time. He's a second generation professional who knows how to take the stress out of a nerve-racking situation. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

David helped us during the years we rented - dealing with various issues - including a ceiling repair that had to be done 3 times.To put it simply: He's not only professional and experienced, he also cares. We eventually sold our Condo for $185K mainly based on what we advertised as a "verdant view" - which he both appreciated and helped us to close with that concept!
