ZillowVERIFIED When we started working with Wil we were looking at a very different style of condo in a totally different area. Circumstances changed and Wil adapted masterfully. He was able set expectations and realistically planned for our new area. He is very flexible with his time but also knows when to set aside time for himself, which is something we appreciated. He set up a visit on the way to a Dodgers game but also would let you know if he had a commitment he couldn't break. I knew during those times he was available if needed, but I had no reason to interrupt his personal time. Wil is very good at giving guidance during the process. I am not especially patient and he really knows how to help guide you through a very frustrating process. At one point he was able to shift gears and help us maximize what we could get. I highly recommend Wil Olguin and the Delgado Agency.

ZillowVERIFIED I was searching for a home in Beaumont, CA and I was working with a realtor that I was not happy with. I attempted to find another realtor, yet, I was frustrated because by the time the realtor made time for me the house I wanted was no longer available. It was by chance that I met Wil, who was a realtor with Delgado Realty. I was driving through Beaumont and I saw Delgado Realty sign in front of a house I was interested in. I called Delgado Realty and I had an appointment 30 minutes later. Every weekend for 3 months Wil worked with my hectic schedule and took me and my family to numerous appointments for me to see houses and he never cancelled an appointment and he was never late. My ultimate goal was to find a home with a floor plan that would accommodate grandma. Each time we left a showing I was discouraged because the floor plan did not work for grandma. Wil would keep us uplifted and he would say, "It's okay, we will keep looking, there's a perfect house out their and we will find it." Wil was an amazing realtor. He felt more like a family member helping us look for a home. He knew the area and he was able to answer all my questions about the property. The most impressive part of my experience was his availability to show us the house and then drive us to the schools assigned to the area of the home.

ZillowVERIFIED Once our home was put on the market by David Delgado it sold in seven days. We never mate Mr. Delgado but his people and organization were very efficient and helpful. We never saw the list of prospective buyers that they tout about on their commercials but buyers did show up when we had open house. In my opinion his percentage rate of 6% is too high.
