After having a hard time with my previous realtor who was a local agent in the area, I decided to reconsider selling entirely. That's when David reached out. He was able to restore my confidence in getting what I felt was fair. He and his team were able to get multiple over-asking offers in just a couple of weeks. The difference in quality was night and day. I will be reaching out again to David in the future for sure.

I couldnt have asked for a better experience working with my realtor. From start to finish, they were absolutely outstanding. Not only did they find me the perfect home incredibly quickly, but they also made the entire process feel smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. What truly stood out was their attentiveness and dedication. They were always available to answer my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure I felt confident in every decision. Their knowledge of the market and resourcefulness were clear in how efficiently they navigated everythingaEUR"from identifying great options to handling negotiations with ease. It was obvious that they genuinely cared about finding the right fit for me, not just closing a deal. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment went above and beyond my expectations. I'm incredibly grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Youll be in the best hands possible.

As a retired broker, I tried to sell my investment property in Garfield on my own. But dealing with lowball offers and no serious buyers was too frustrating. I then decided to work with David Da Silva. I couldnt be happier that I did. David is an extremely smart and energetic professional. He knew exactly how to market the home to find the right buyers. He sold my home in less time than he promised and for well over the asking price. He even went a step further to relocate the tenants and help me find a comfortable apartment that fit my needs after. He was very patient with me and truly took care of everything from start to finish. Even with my experience in the business, I was impressed. I recommend David to anyone if you want results with no stress.

David was a pleasure to work with. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous I'd miss the specifics of details in this home buying process. David truly left no stone unturned and helped me secure the property I wanted! Even when there were unexpected delays in closing, David kept a professional composure and I always felt confident knowing that he knew what the next steps were.

David is a true professional and amazing to work with. He got to know us really quick during the buying process. Most importantly he did not rush us and allowed us to make our decision based on the numerous factors we took into account. I recommend anyone in the NJ area to work with David in their next home buying process!

David was an absolute pleasure to work with! Being this was our first home purchase, we had many questions regarding neighborhoods, home styles & finding the perfect blend of neighborhoods that were safe combined with optimal tax value to accommodate our budget. He laid out a comprehensive spreadsheet to track properties & consulted us weekly after our open houses to discuss the pro's/cons of each property. After finding a home we liked, he ensured he drew up a competitive offer to provide us with leverage in a competitive market. If this is your first home purchase, look no further, you are in fantastic hands with him & he will provide you with ALL resources required in order to facilitate a seamless close (inspectors, mortgage, construction, attorney etc.) Thank you so much, David, for you assistance in this transaction & sincerely appreciate the generous gifts you provided to us at closing! Looking forward to continued business together!

Mr. Da Silva was a first-rate professional in helping us to find a home during a period of heavy market demand. He has a high level of expertise about various neighborhoods throughout northern NJ and exceptional negotiation skills. We were so satisfied with the service he provided, that we hired him again to find us a tenant. He delivered in record time, thoroughly vetting each prospect and patiently explaining every step of the process along the way. I would highly recommend Mr. Da Silva to our friends, family and network.

If you need help finding a home or listing your home, David is the agent for you. This was my first time buying a multi family home and David was very experienced, knowledgeable, and attentive. I was stressed about this process but David made sure everything was handled quickly. He connected me with a great mortgage lender and lawyer. You can tell hes passionate about what he does and I believe thats needed when your making this kind of decision. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy/list their property

When we first met David, it was clear that his job is more service and educating first time home buyers than sales. It was a pleasure working with David. He is professional, genuine, responsive and knowledgeable. David was present through every stage of the process including the inspection and the closing of our home. He ultimately kept our best interests during the process. In the end, we found the property that was perfect for us and loving it so far.

There simply isnt the space to express all of the experiences David and I had while looking for a property. The quantity of interactions and the quality of those interaction have led me to review his performance, personality, and professionalism so highly. He was patient, kind and courteous (suffice it to say, I'm aware I require a bit more attention!) Above all, he was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He guided me correctly when something wasnt right, steered me away from mistakes (and a couple of landmines) and guided me towards better options. He was able to connect me with valuable Human Resources to help me form my investing team. David was available when I needed him through each step of the process. Referrals are the highest form of flattery. Referrals to family are in a category all their own. Because of my experience with David, I have referred him to my family. It is incredibly gratifying to see how happy and satisfied they are with the quality of service they have received as well. I will never be able to thank David and his family enough for what he has done for me and I'm looking forward to working together in the future.
