ZillowVERIFIEDWouldn?t work with anyone else. Works hard and has decades of experience in the area. Saved us from making some costly mistakes that someone less familiar with Wilmington market would have missed.

ZillowVERIFIED David helped me buy a home and is in the process of selling one for me. David goes out of his way to be available to answer my questions big and small. He has been incredibly helpful with every step of the process from helping me to find financing to making sure my move went smoothly. I would absolutely recommend David to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED David was very helpful in selling our house. We had many obstacles to overcome in selling and David handled every situation professionally. I am thankful that we had him as an agent. Wouldn't have sold without him.

ZillowVERIFIED David did an awesome job helping us with our recent purchase. He was always so quick to respond to any question we had and we never felt we were "bothering" him. Not only is he knowledgeable about and helpful with the whole process, but he is super easy to talk to. We highly recommend David if you need a real estate agent and we will certainly use his expertise again! Thanks for your help, David!

ZillowVERIFIED David helped us buy a new home in August 2015. I appreciated how responsive and fast he (and his team) were in communicating, even after hours. David helped us tremendously in all of the negotiations from beginning to end. He was also very helpful in explaining each step along the way, even in dealing with a relocation company which made the process somewhat complicated. I would highly recommend David to buyers or sellers - he is smart, fast, responsive and has your best interests at heart!

ZillowVERIFIED What more can you say! David and his team are so very impressive! David was wonderful to work with! He was professional, responsive to email and phone, and extremely thorough. He addressed all of our concerns and made the house sale process easy and seamless, which was especially important to my husband and I. He was flexible and made it a priority to meet my needs, going out of his way to do so on several occasions. I would definitely work with him again and would definitely recommend him to friends, knowing he will take great care of them as he did with me. If you are looking for a professional who will be your advocate and make sure your wants and needs are met David Cummings is the one to call!

ZillowVERIFIED I'm a first time buyer, called him about some listings and he referred me to someone in his office. Neither of them identified themselves as exclusive buyer's agents. When I emailed a few hours later to apologize and withdraw my request bc I decided to go with an an exclusive buyer's agent, I received multiple emails from both him and his colleague, but he was the one using capital letters and scolding me for wasting their time. Neither agent treated me with courtesy first. His colleague calmed down after her initial double question mark "I am an exclusive buyer's agent??" Even though I was talking about an agency that only works with buyers, unlike her agency, where she had a listing for sale...but he was the rudest of the 2. Very, very unprofessional!

ZillowVERIFIED My realtor was honest and professional. I felt like she had my best interest at heart. She wasn't pushy and was helpful in trying to find a house that matched our requirements. She updated me as soon as new listings became available.

ZillowVERIFIED I have been working with David and his assistant Shirley for the past few weeks on selling my home and I am so impressed with their dedication and hard work. The literature they have produced for advertising my home is top notch which visually and descriptively shows the beauty and uniqueness of my home. Any questions that I have had have been answered in a quick and timely manner and I have been kept up to date at every step of the process. Shirley has been patient and kind with all of my questions. David and Shirley have both listened to my concerns and needs and have responded with been honesty and compassion. My house has been the market for a few weeks and they scheduled an open house the first weekend which had high traffic. I feel confident they will get the house sold and at a price that meets my needs. I would highly recommend David and his assistant Shirley!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with David Cummings and Susan Lawrence to buy our first home. They were amazing and helped us to find the perfect home! We must have looked at nearly 30 homes, and Susan made time to schedule and take us through each and every one. She truly helped us through the entire process of searching for the right fit for our needs within our price range. In addition, we were able to get our home for less than the asking price! We couldn't have been more happy to work with David Cummings and Susan Lawrence.

ZillowVERIFIED When I contacted this agency I was directed to another agent who was unresponsive to my information requests and tried her best to talk me out of the property I was requesting information about. I went so far as to attempt a viewing which would have involved an 8hr drive for me and was summarily ignored. Extremely unprofessional and dissatisfying experience.
