ZillowVERIFIED I'm not sure where to even start this review. I contacted David while he was on vacation to set up a tour of a potential rental house. Date and time set. Before heading there, I figured Id verify the tour was still taking place. Not only did he cancel the showing, he also stated he had an issue with current tenants having others tour the place, which is understandable. Unfortunately, he knew this before going on vacation. And was the start of how I never want to even come in contact with David again. I asked when I could see the place because I'm not signing an agreement without seeing the house. Set a time to chat, never happened. Called the next day and was told how I should be looking at places in my price point which is laughable because he knew nothing about my income. He goes on to state how the house is a luxury home and is very comparable to a BMWaEUR| Its not, and at this point, the conversation spirals. He begins to make comments that were very unprofessional and I stopped the conversation. The place he is trying to rent had an increase of over $1300aEUR| while the house also being in shambles from 4 kids. And currently signing for a place over $4k but hey I dont have the money for that.

When my parents were ailing and needed to be cared for he helped us sell our home for top dollar, purchase a new home at a great price in an amazing neighborhood and sell my parents home for us when the time came. There is no way we could have done all of that in the short time frame we had without him. David handled all the tough negotiating and helped us find the contractors and painters we needed to get our house in tip top shape to sell. ZillowVERIFIED I reached out to this agent asking about potential negotiations on the house (for rent) that was listed on Zillow for only 1 day. After hearing out first random number (zillow estimate) about desired price, which does not reflect actual price i would be okay with, David started to talk disrespectfully, he blamed me for not having money to afford the place (he doesn't know me, right?). Also he accused me in lacking of knowledge of the market (agency he represents has another listing (also for rent) for the newer house in the same area with 1200 additional sq.ft, much bigger lot, PRIVATE POOL and community clubhouse (also pool and playground) for the same price). This is not the first time i reach out to agents and have this conversation. But he is the first agent that acts in this way. I didn't expect this from a person with 17 years of experience. Do not recommend (unless you want to be treated like this)
