They spent time at our house reviewing the property to give us a fair selling price and explained what procedures would be taking place. We reviewed similar home sales in the area and the time it took to reach a contract. They advised us how to get the house ready for selling, checked for possible permit issues, also make the house ready for photos. I called Dara but it was in contract already. Dara still told me to call her back in case it falls through. And it did. However when she showed us the house we were a bit reluctant. Fortunately she had another house just on the market. I am so glad that she suggested us to take a look at it. They treated us more like a Neigbhor and friend for example while we where away in Florida through the house sale process they took care of our lawn who does that lol. The best thing they did to sell our home was having the experience of knowing how to get the right buyer and the right attorney to close our particular short sale. When my wife and I decided to put our home on the market we looked down on your kitchen table and saw dara face on an add which we always saw in the local Levittown paper and said lets call dara. Since our first meeting we felt extremely comfterable she can get the job done . This sale was not easy buyer after buyer walking away and loosing time at the last minute she pulled out a sale and we where about to close when another issue occurred again the Crawfords had to make some magic and did to give our family a fresh start.
