Selling the family home was an emotional decision. Although current trends indicated the there was a good chance our family home would be torn down for new construction, David acknowledged this but from the beginning indicated there was potential for the "right" buyer to purchase it and preserve it. His optimistic outlook was reassuring enough for me to get through this hard time. From the online video of the house to the numerous open houses, David worked hard for us. Anytime I needed answers to questions or advice, he always replied promptly and was helpful through all phases of the process. His years of experience working in the LBI market were evident from the beginning and it and it paid off in the end! Thank You David!

ZillowVERIFIED David Cowles is the best and only realtor we would use on Long Beach Island. He was available during entire the fall and winter to show the house and to allow entry inspections, to allow entry for repairmen to make minor repairs and to make sure the house was kept in top condition during the process. He made sure that all lights and appliances were turned off after prospective buyers viewed the home. Just prior to closing, we had some difficulty with getting certificate of occupancy because of an open construction permit. David ran down the missing information to make sure the certificate of occupancy was in hand to permit the buyers to close right before Christmas. In short, David went above and beyond the obligations a realtor has to his seller. I am an attorney and have done scores of residential closings over the years including a few on Long Beach Island. I have never experienced a more responsive realtor than David.
