Selling the family home was an emotional decision. Although current trends indicated the there was a good chance our family home would be torn down for new construction, David acknowledged this but from the beginning indicated there was potential for the "right" buyer to purchase it and preserve it. His optimistic outlook was reassuring enough for me to get through this hard time. From the online video of the house to the numerous open houses, David worked hard for us. Anytime I needed answers to questions or advice, he always replied promptly and was helpful through all phases of the process. His years of experience working in the LBI market were evident from the beginning and it and it paid off in the end! Thank You David!
