ZillowVERIFIEDDavid worked with us for over a year to find the "right" real estate. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and available. After the sale was completed, he maintained contact with us to see if there was anything he could do to make our transition easier. There were some problems with the fireplace face necessitating the replacement of some of the ceramic tile. Even though the sale had been consumated for several months, David located the exact tile we needed and transported it to a place where we could easily pick it up. He continues to maintain the same helpful, caring attitude.
ZillowVERIFIEDAs an Investor I have purchased many homes with the help of Mr. Cook. His knowledge of real estate, the people behind each particular piece of real estate, and the other people involved in the transactions to "make it happen" is unsurpassed. His negotiating skills and knowledge of the different paths availlable to make things happen has saved many a deal, especially in the nightmare of foreclosure transactions. His work and professionalism is much appreciated and I have no need to try my hand with anyelse.
