Maria and David is the best team ever! Nice, optimistic, kind and funny people with huge knowledge on their field, great listeners, and experts in finding out your needs and preferences, and how to exceed your expectations.We wanted to move from The Bay Area to Fairfield to buy a home. We started to look around on our own first. A friend mentioned David and Maria Klutz's name as they are incredible in their field. We made to call to them and since that our house buying was a smooth, exciting and quick ride. Maria and David led us through an unknow territory with professionalism, always a cheerful mood. My sister and I recently sold our condo and we were fortunate to be referred to Team Klutts. I truly appreciated Daves optimistic and straightforward approach. Marias kindness and patience is exactly what my sister needed. We sold and then bought our homes while sitting on the beach in South America. Maria and Dave listed and staged our home while we were going on vacation. To our surprise our home received mutiple attractve offers within the first 24 hours, and this was before the realtors tour or an Open House. Maria and Dave readily provided their professionl insights and recommendations as we explored the pros and cons of each offer. They prepared our counter offer to each of the offers. They then walked us through each of the updated offers.We ultimately accepted an offer. They worked with us to insure we cleary understood the acceptance process and the upcoming processes.Now, having sold our home, we needed to buy another. They sent us a variety of listings. In addition Maria personally visited several of the listings. She went so far as to provide video of the places she felt would interest us.Subsequently, we placed an offer on a home, we had yet to personally see. They wrote up our offer and kept us abreast of the process. Ultimately, our offer was accepted.When we arrived back home we were able to see the property first hand. We were very pleased with our purchase- Sight unseen.We can't say enough positive things about Team Clutts. From the initial meeting to discuss the possible selling of our home, to the pre-approval loan process, to the listing, staging and selling of our home and subsequent buying of our new home they were nothing less than EXCEPTIONAL.We would HIGHLY recommend Team Clutts for your real estate needs!!!!!!!!!!
