ZillowVERIFIEDGreat guy, did not care what we wanted to look at or where it was, also was not concerned with how much he was making. The man took us to 3 houses and we ended up buying a house for 35,000 that wasnt even with his company! He spent hours working for us, not to mention days of phone calls making sure everything was in order for us to get the house. I will definently refer this man to anyone buying a home. If you tell him what you want, he will find it at your price! He will go anywhere, i repeat anywhere you want to go look at a house. good man, good business, will be doing business with again. thanks david, stephen

ZillowVERIFIED I found a house I was very interested in and was contacted by David close. I received a call from him and we met at the House of interest, which I fell in love with, was the perfect house for me in size style and area. he contacted someone that was working on getting me financed. He had even mentioned the type of offer he would make. He stated that the house would not last long with such a good price.About a week had passed, As I was waiting I called David to look at the house again. Thirty minutes before my appointment he called and said someone had made a bid and they excepted. So because he never made any kid of effort or offer on the home, it was sold out from under me. I felt that if he had done his job that I would be in or close to being in my perfect choice. My credit was good I had a down payment etc. He should of did something to lock me in while the process was being done. I feel he was to busy to do his job and therefore I lost the perfect home for me in every way. David was very nice but he needs to do what hes trained for, thats why we call them. I have been Heart broken since and not been able to find a home that even comes close.

ZillowVERIFIED David is a great realtor who knows the areas and has good insight on market values. He's also the standard when it comes to responsiveness. You call, he answers or calls right back. The only area of concern I had for David was negotiation tactics. I sold my house through him and he left most of the numbers up to me where I think he should have been more hands-on/decisive about negotiations on one offer. Bottom line-we got asking price. For our house in the end so that's a small concern really. All in for David Close!!

I was hoping that I would find an honest realtor willing to actually listen and care what we wanted. David puts the client's satisfaction before his commission. We only wanted land and I went through at least 20 other realtors before I found one that made the time for us.

I would email or call him about home inquiries and he would get back to me very quickly if not right away. He is a very personable guy and we loved every second of our home buying experience. When we decide to sell he will be the first person I call. I would definitely recommend using David to either buy or sell your home.

ZillowVERIFIED David was eager to show my wife and me homes for our 1st-time purchase. Never did we feel the slightest pressure to settle for something we were not both happy with. Even when we became worried the buying market was becoming more competitive and needed to hurry and put in an offer, he dissuaded us because he wanted us to be in love with it. We are glad we took his advise because the homes we were so anxious to jump on would have been bad choices in the long run. We found a house we love and would not trade for any others in the neighborhood!

ZillowVERIFIED David was very helpful in getting my condo sold so that I could move from Bellevue in Nashville to Mt Juliet. While David was much more familiar with the Wilson County area than with Bellevue (in Davidson County), He showed my property frequently and was always quick to get back with me on comments. I really liked that David didn't insist that I "STAGE" my property which I believe only helps the agent in selling property. The suggestions he offered (clean, neat and de-personalized) were ultimately the best in getting an offer that was acceptable. The timing of listing my house, thru the Christmas holidays, was the only negative I experienced.

ZillowVERIFIED Being a first time home buyer, David helped me considerably in not only understanding the process of buy my home, but also consulting me on features that I should be looking for. He was very prompt in returning my calls and setting up appointments to view homes. When viewing, he would point out the features that he knew I was looking for, but also was quick to find things he knew I wouldn't like. David was also very patient with me, he never tried to push me into buying. He wanted to make sure that that I got more than just a new place to live, he wanted me to have a place I was happy to call home.
