David knew my neighborhood very well and was always there to respond when I called, texted or emailed him. ZillowVERIFIED When my husband & I were looking to buy a home we went with another realtor at first and weren't impressed. We switched to David and his partner Bryan, within the first weekend of showing houses to us we were able to find a home. We are still in the process of trying to close because there have been some minor hiccups along the way, but David & Bryan have been wonderful and helpful every step of the way through this process of buying a home. Both he & Bryan have wonderful personalities, are very friendly and laid back but get the job done. I would definitely refer my friends and family to David & Bryan when they are looking to buy or sell a home. In a world with so many money hungry, don't give a crap attitude of most people, David and Bryan are just the opposite. These two have been wonderful and hope that even after the home buying purchase we will all remain in contact, that's just the type of people David & Bryan are, the ones that after you buy or sell a home you want to keep in touch with and in this day and age that's a rare quality to find in the real estate business.
