As first-time homebuyers, we really appreciated Daves expertise in purchasing our dream home in Morris County. We could rely on him to provide quick and detailed responses to all our questions. He also has a great team of quality contacts that helped us throughout the process that we could count on. Plus, the buyer commission rebate was a nice bonus! We would definitely recommend Dave!

As first time homebuyers, we are incredibly grateful to have had Dave representing us throughout our home-buying journey. From start to finish, he was informative, honest, and always available to answer our questions. Dave helped us craft a competitive offer that ultimately allowed us to purchase our dream home, even in the fast-paced Northern NJ market. We wholeheartedly recommend Dave and ListOne NJ to anyone looking to buy a home in the area!

I had an excellent experience with the process of selling my home with David as my agent. David went above-and-beyond and offered a great deal if expertly insight. Note: I ended up receiving a good amount over asking price aEUR" Far higher than most of the local agents I first sought out expected. His photography skills contributed to a packed open-house. David exhibits integrity and reliability, and is a highly effective communicator.I highly recommend him.
