ZillowVERIFIEDOur experience with Dave Belyeu was exceptional! He was very kind, considerate, and helpful. He was very polite and kept us informed on how we should handle every situation that we faced during this journey. He kept contact with us through the journey and was there at the end when we signed the papers. Thank you Dave Belyeu for all you have done for us!

ZillowVERIFIED He took care of everything! I'm sure I drove him crazy with all my questions. He went out of his way to sell my quirky house and assisted with the purchase of my new one A+++

ZillowVERIFIED Had an overwhelmingly positive experience with Matthew. He displayed a great deal of flexibility and was always prompt with his responses. If ever a question or situation arose that he had not encountered previously, he was quick to find the answer. His personality is calm and pleasant. Will definitely use him in the future if the opportunity arrises and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

ZillowVERIFIED Best realtor Ive worked with. Helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. If you are looking for a home in the Pottawatomie County area give Matt a call! He answered all our questions, helped to get all our paperwork and inspections done in a timely manner and was accessible any time we needed to communicate with him. He even bought us a nice home warming gift when we went to closing.

ZillowVERIFIED He told my fiancA(C) and I a lot about the areas we were looking in and was able to discuss the house with us as well as explain the paperwork and process to us very professionally but in terms we understood.

ZillowVERIFIED Dave Belyeu and Kinect Realty was our greatest asset as first time home buyers. Dave and Amber were always quick to answer any of my questions, with more than enough patience for a very inexperienced young couple! (Trust me, we had plenty of questions.) Puting our incredibly strict requirements first Dave was more than accommodating, but his local knowledge was probably most helpful in finding our future home! Ultimately we'd recommend Dave, and Kinect Realty for an honest and well informed service you can trust.

ZillowVERIFIED David showed us over 25 houses day and night and somehow knew the exact ones we would like. He let us look at any we wanted and did his work and found some we didn't know about to look at. He went further than any agent I've used in the past to make his customers happy. He figures out everyway possible financially to make your dream home a reality. You will never find a better or more honest realtor than David.

ZillowVERIFIED David was such a blessing for my family. By pure luck we met and had the pleasure of working with him. He was always there when we needed him with an upbeat, energetic attitude ready to help any way he can. Whether is was his knowledge of financers when ours fell through or just playing with the boys while I was looking over paperwork, David was there. That ment a lot since it took almost a year to close on our house. I can truly say we couldn't have done it without him!
