About David Becker
David Becker is a Pennsylvania Associate Broker, real estate investor and co-founder of Team Becker Realtors at Keller Williams Realty. He helps buyers, sellers and investors throughout Palmyra, Hershey, Hummelstown, Annville, Lebanon, Harrisburg and surrounding Central Pennsylvania communities make confident, well-informed real estate decisions.
Since returning to real estate full-time in 2015, David and his wife, Carin Becker, have helped more than 950 clients buy, sell and invest in real estate. One transaction I am particularly proud of involved helping an out-of-area family prepare and sell a Central Pennsylvania property while they managed the process remotely. We coordinated preparation, local vendors, pricing, marketing, showings and negotiations, then kept the clients informed through inspections, appraisal and settlement. The result was a smooth sale and a much less stressful experience for the family.
I was originally licensed with Jack Gaughen Realty in 1999, later pursued other professional opportunities and returned to real estate full-time in 2015. I earned my Pennsylvania Associate Broker license in 2018. Real estate combines the parts of business I enjoy most: strategic analysis, marketing, negotiation, problem-solving, investing and helping people make important long-term decisions.
I hold a degree in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University and a Pennsylvania Associate Broker license (AB068316). I am also an owner and Operating Principal of the Keller Williams Realty offices serving Harrisburg, Hershey and Lebanon. In addition to representing clients, I own and manage rental properties, giving me hands-on experience with investment analysis, financing, renovations, operating expenses and property management.
