One of the things I really love about working with David is making sure you're aware of the right things when buying a house and what your options are. An example is the house we purchased, the AC/Furnace is at the end of it's life, he gave us an idea of what the average cost of replacing units are, we were ready to have money set aside to have it replaced ASAP. He pointed out that since we have a house warranty for a year, we have the option to wait it out and possibly use the warranty to help replace it if it fails within the year, while we save more cash. David having that knowledge and giving us that reminder helps us make the right decision.

This was my first time buying a home and I didn't have a clue as to what I was doing. David knew everything. But he was able to balance his expertise perfectly with respecting our freedon to make our own choices. Never did I feel like he was trying to make a deal for himself, I always felt like he was only trying to help me. I trust him. He put in so much work for me. Since I was out of state he did all of the foot work, he visited all of the properties, he handled all of the paperwork, when I asked for his opinions he shared them. We beat out the competition by the narrowest margin possible and secured what I felt to be a very very good deal. When buying our house, the appraisal came up 15% short of the sale price, and rather than blow up the deal, he negotiated a combination of price concession and chattel addendum for furniture and other assets to close the deal. When selling our house amid the pandemic, he was very quick to adjust his marketing of our house to digital channels. Ultimately we got a great price buying and a great price selling, and we learned a lot along the way. Would highly recommend anyone in the central Ohio market work with David.
