ZillowVERIFIED All went well and smoothly. We were apprehensive about listing our home during the holidays, but David thought it would be fine. He was correct, we had multiple showings and offers within 72 hours of our property hitting the MLS sites. David and his staff patiently listened to our questions and answered them without making us feel like they were not important questions. Another big help was the staging agent that David supplied to make our home be the in the best possible condition for photographs and showings. The stagers were thorough and supplied a detailed room by room checklist to follow and know where to start!
