David Antinucci

Whether my Clients are moving up, down, in or out of town, I go to work for them with my experience, expertise and a strong passion for Real Estate. I work with first time buyers, investors and high-end home buyers and sellers, making sure each situation is handled in a manner that will get that specific Client the sought after results.

I have been in the Real Estate business in Oregon since 2012 primarily in the counties of Yamhill, Polk and Washington, primarily working in McMinnville, Newberg, Dundee, Amity, Dayton, Carlton, Yamhill, Lafayette and Sheridan. In 2015 I was int the Top 3% Producers at Berkshire Hathaway HS NW RE (Oregon and Washington). In 2016 I decided to work with Premiere Property Group, LLC, one of the fastest growing RE companies in Oregon, and one that has helped me best further develop my skills and be ever more effective for my Clients. My 2016 results showed I made the right decision. In October 2017, I decided to open my own Brokerage, Allegiant Realty Group. I plan for the Brokers in the group to shine for their commitment to the highest professional standards in the industry and in their specific local markets.

BACKGROUND
I have a multicultural background (I have lived in Italy and the US intermittently my whole life) and I have work experience in a variety of business settings other than Real Estate; from Marketing with Ford Motor Company in Italy, to developing business in the import/export field with the Middle East and Asia, to owning a web applications development company. My background helps me have a comprehensive approach to my work in the Real Estate sector and has also resulted in my active involvement in Commercial Real Estate in the area.
