ZillowVERIFIED When I first met with David I was getting ready to move across the country and needed to sell in a hurry. David reviewed the comps and recommended that we list slightly below market value to drive in potential buyers. I was a little hesitant at first but after thinking about it, it seemed like a good idea so I bumped up the list price slightly from what he recommended and listed it. Within the first 10 days of listing i had 6 showings and had received an offer but it was slightly lower than asking. David suggested countering the offer and meeting the buyer in the middle and the buyer accepted. I was in contract within 10 days of listing and that was certainly some peace of mind when moving across the country!

I am so happy that we trusted David to coordinate the sale of our townhouse and purchase of our new home. David worked with me for almost a year leading up to our sale. I cant put a price on the value of the advice he gave us. Theres not a time where I ever had to wait for a response from him, despite some of the late or weekend texts I sent as we got closer to closing. He was also very realistic with us throughout, keeping us in the loop along the process. Buying a house in this market is difficult and David assured that we got the house that we wanted!
