ReviewLet me start by saying how responsible this gentleman is. Every time I call or send a text with a million questions he was there. He is so dedicated to his job and so committed to his costumer it make feel I was the only one. Also experience the moment when he didnt know the answer but it didnt took him much time to find the correct answer. His availability to his costumer is 24/7 I could swear! The journey to buy a house is difficult and stressful but having a great realtor like Davian make it so much easier. If you are planning to buy a house and you are looking for the perfect agent his the one. He found out dream House.

Review Davian represented the buyer on a listing that I sold. He was processional, responsive, communicative, and a great problem solver. It would be a pleasure to work with him again in the future! Any agent that works with him in the future should expect a smooth closing.

Review Wow! This is the word that comes to mind when thinking of Davian and all of his efforts to make my experience top notch! Davian went above and beyond in every aspect. I know I am not the easiest client and I always have a ton of questions? Davian answered them all, even if it didn?t necessarily pertain to his ?job description?. It?s hard to find genuine, honest, and hardworking individuals today, and Davian is all THREE! The sale of this property definitely had some hurdles with tight deadlines and lots of negotiating. Davian followed up with myself and all others involved to make sure all boxes were checked successfully and that we closed on time?.21 days from offer to close. Like I said in the beginning?WOW!! Thank you, Davian. Honored to do business with you, and will send others your way in the future. Home Sweet Home, thanks to you!

Review We were referred to Davian by another real estate agent in the area. We lived in NJ/Philadelphia at the time. Davian was made aware that we were looking for a place in St Petersburg. We made several offers on several homes and lost out to multiple bids over asking. Davian was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and an excellent and quick to respond commuicater. He was so helpful and put us totally at ease until we all found and were able to acquire our piece of paradise in St Petersburg. I would recommend Davian to anyone who is looking for a property in the St Petersburg area.

Review First off, Davian came highly recommended by one of my co-workers, whom he also sold a home to. Connecting with Davian was extremely easy. He practically handled everything from start to finish ; except for signing my closing documents lol. Ive never met any realtor who was very confident, knowledgeable, respectful, fast, efficient and responsive. He was always available on any occasion despite how busy he was. He always make time to answer any and all questions rather it being big or small. He always elaborated/explained difficult homeowner terminology so that my husband and i understood each step and process. It was definitely smooth sailing. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Medina as he made my first time home buying experience pleasant and stress-free. Hes the BEST hands down. I give him 10 out of 10!!

Review I closed on my home on 3/30/2022. Davian was my angel in disguise. I was able to text, call, email any time of the day. He was very responsive, caring, and knowledgeable. You can trust that if he did not have the answer he would find out for you. He was diligent and prompt when reaching out to the sale person about a home I was interested in. Davian made sure he understood what I was looking for and took additional steps to make sure the home I wanted to look at had all the qualities I was looking for. He also sent me homes that were for sale within my budget and the area I wanted to stay in on a weekly basis. Shopping for a home in our todays market is a race to get a home so in the process you can forget what your goals are as well as your set budget. I was constantly thinking I need to get a home now before the rates and the prices go up. Davian was so good about reminding me of my goals and my budget and he will ask me are you sure you want to go over your budget or are you sure you want to move that far? He remembered what I had told him which was I did not want to live too far from Tampa and I wanted to stay within my budget. He kept me on track at my request which is what I really needed because sometimes I am not thinking about my goal or budget in the moment, I just want it. Any concerns I had he made sure they were addressed and followed up more than I would have expected. Davian customer service skills is outstanding. My daughter saw the level of service Davian provided to me and dropped her realtor, she will be going with Davian. I had some stressor and Davian always managed to relieve them if it was just by listening to my frustrations. I am and was truly bless to have such a great realtor. Thank you Davian!!!! Denise

Review Working with Davian was exceptional and I would recommend him to anyone that reads my comment. His experience may not be the longest in the industry, but his attention to detail and professionalism makes you think hes been doing it for years. I was selling my home and looking for a place to rent comparable in size, location and my budget. Even though most realtors make a minimum referral fee on rental in comparison to homeownership, I was not treated any different. He set me up to receive daily rentals based on my criteria and when it came time to check out these places he made himself available based around my schedule. Once I found the place I wanted to reside at he was in contact with the realtor of the condo owner and helped me secure my first choice real fast. The process from beginning to end was smooth and seamless and I cant thank him enough for all of his help.

Review I was looking for a small property around 150k-200k. Davian was very helpful to walk me through the process of buying a home. I wanted to look around in areas farther than his coverage, but he was still very enthusiast to help and was able to find me a home I wanted.
