He was very professional, knowledgeable, and also very focused on making sure that we got the very best deal possible when purchasing our home. If you choose another agent instead of Dave all I can say is 'good luck'. Dave will definitely find you a home and he proved to us that he is a strong negotiator when it came time to finalize the purchase price.The one thing that Dave did that we really appreciated was that he pointed out the negative aspects of all the homes we looked at with him. ZillowVERIFIED Dave makes himself very available to you through face to face, email, calling, and texting. He use to be a broker so he knows a lot about the process. We really enjoyed working with him since he was very honest about the positives AND negatives of each home we looked at. Our loan was VA which means it took a long time and Dave was very patient and always helped us along the way. We loved this online signature program he used that allowed us to review and sign documents that had been scanned in on a secure network. It allowed us to really read all the fine print. Sometimes it can be hard to do that when you are sitting in front of an agent's desk and they are waiting for you to sign quickly. It also made the process faster since we didnt have to set a time to meet up in person every time there was even one page of paperwork to sign. We are very busy so that was helpful. We love the new house and Dave got us a killer deal, even though there was another bid on the property right after ours. Would recommend him in a heartbeat!
