Dave was great to work with. His initial presentation was more comprehensive than any we received from other realtors. His low key demeanor and local knowledge made us comfortable working with him. But maybe most important to us was the thoughtfulness and good judgment he showed in his approach to selling our house, based on many years experience working in the area. We got far more on the sale of our house than we expected, in far shorter time. We would not hesitate to use Dave again and highly recommend him.

We worked with Dave to sell a 2nd home we owned in Tahoe Donner, Truckee. We need trusted, local, help and representation to not only maximize the results of the sale, but to be the eyes and ears for us as we navigated through this process while living 3-hours away in the Bay Area. Dave was a true partner. He did an outstanding job with pricing analysis, strategy & recommendations, and also connected us with and helped to prioritize local help to get our house up-to-speed and ready to sell. When we ran into minor issues - needing to get defensible space work to clear HOA inspection, and similar - Dave jumped right in with ready-to-go partners and helped in several cases where we needed someone to be available at the house. We ended up with a fantastic result, a quick sale and overall great experience. Dave is a fantastic partner, if life brings the opportunity to be in Tahoe again, he'd be our goto choice.

I don't normally write reviews, but I felt that this one was well deserved. Dave helped us purchase our home years ago and when we decided to sell, there wasn't a question of who we were going to list with. Dave is very thorough, upfront with any concerns, always returns calls, is extremely detailed, and has always followed through with what he commits to. Out of all the properties we have bought and sold over the years, Dave is hands down first in class. He will always be our partner.
