ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Dave from my aunt when I told her I was looking to buy a house. I am extremely grateful that she told me about Dave he was extremely knowledgeable of the area and prices of houses on the market. He was able to negotiate fair repairs and price not to mention I was using a VA loan and he knew the rules inside and out when it came to what actually needed to be fixed in order to work with my VA loan. He was not only helpful during the whole process but has reached out multiple times after the fact to make sure that everything was still going well. This is something that not every agent does and I couldn't be more happy with everything received from him! If I look to sell a house or buy another in the area he will be the only person I go to because I know I will get the best agent in the area!

Dave has great insight into the current market and finding homes that meet an equal balance between what you need and what you want. He expertly negotiated with the out-of-state seller and kept in constant contact with our mortgage broker to make sure there were no surprises on closing day. We found our home, made and offer, contracted and closed within a month. Additionally, when some last-minute fixes needed to be made in order to finalize the loan, Dave took it upon himself to tackle some of them in order to make sure we met every needed deadline. Dave made us feel like his number one priority and we highly recommend him!

Dave was our realtor from the beginning and I was astounded at how at ease we felt making the biggest purchase and decision of our lives.
