ZillowVERIFIEDI emailed questions about a house recently and specifically stated 'Do not call. Please reply via email only' which was promptly ignored as I received a call at work twice from this office within 5 minutes. I restated my request to the gentleman that called (not Mr. Tumpa) and asked him to reply to me by email again. He then proceeded to tell me that's not how they do business (Really? What world do you live in?) And that they prefer to do it by phone (I don't recall asking their preferences and when did the buyer cater to the realtor?). I was really interested to know how a phone call would answer my request of a picture of the stove but was cut off as the assistant told me "well you can just give us a call back when you decide to actually be serious about buying a home". Really? That's how you treat someone? I had a legit request with a legit loan approval for $30k more than the asking price of that house. Maybe your office can just call me back when you're ready to apologize. Until then I will not consider any house attached to this realtor. He can thank his assistant.
