Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

The best advice for a home seller is let's meet and go over the best ways to enhance your house prior to selling it so we make the most of what buyers are attracted to.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

While i focus mostly on working with families buy and sell, I do work with investors who occasionally come into play when someone inherits a home they have no need for.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I recently helped a family that had just retired and wanted to move to Tennessee. We spent some time doing touch up paint, minor repairs and was able to sell their home for a record price in their neighborhood because we focused on the small details that make a big difference in buyers eyes.

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

I have been self employed most of my life and was selling automotive tools when a mentor suggested I look at selling real estate. That was a life changer. It's been the best decision I could have made. Helping families make their biggest decisions and dreams come true makes it worth it all.

Over the years I have been trained in Short sales, probate sales, trust and estate sales, senior real estate specialist, first time buyer programs and much more.

Dave was the key in selling and buying in this market for us. He knew everything and all the right people. I am not such an easy person to deal with, I wanted what I wanted in a new home and a ton of "it has to have" . He strived to do this for my husband and I. We were looking in a market with not a ton of houses in our price range, but Dave was amazing at getting us into houses before they were even "offically" on the market. We had a horrible time with our Morgage company (which Dave had tried to advise us to go with another company, but my husband was set in his mind), Dave made sure we didn't lose the purchase of our new home. If it wasn't for him we most likely would have not gotten the home we bought, but also could possibly still be living with my in-laws. THANKS DAVE! With negotiating skills, he is the best. I loved how he wouldn't give you bad advice, he is the best of the best. If you want to deal with an agent who actully calls you back, or answers your calls! he is your man. He was able to sell my husbands house that had a 17 foot bar right in the middle of the house! He can do anything. I can say with full confidence if you want to sell, or buy, or both this is the man you want. I would recommend Dave without any hesitation. He was very patient, helpful, and a 'no pressure' kind of buying agent. For our purposes a very good fit. The only reason I did not do 5 stars for Negotiation Skills is because the house we eventually found was one that we knew we wanted and the owner was a corporation that flips nearly 180+ properties a year. With this information we didn't ask him to push too hard, but just hard enough to ensure we were getting a fair deal; the house was priced right and we knew it would move quickly. Dave was great through the entire negotiations process.We met with a number of other agents before finding, meeting with and then deciding to go with Dave. We are very happy we did and will certainly be using him again when the need arises and would happily recommend him to family and friends.
