We were first time home buyers and we met Dave early on in our housing search. We couldnt have been happier with everything. He was with us for over a year as we battled through what we really wanted in a house, how much we could afford, what area we wanted to settle, etc. He was incredibly patient throughout the process and took the time to get to know us and help us figure out what we valued most in a house. Never once did we feel pressured or that he didnt have our best interests in mind. He would always help to facilitate a conversation to see if we were truly into a house or not. Anytime hes with you, hes 100% focused on you and what you are seeing. Once we did finally find our home, Dave was on top of everything -- He ensured the process continued smoothly, made sure we were comfortable with the decision, answered any questions we had about the process and had great recommendations for mortgage people, inspectors, etc. He was also very helpful in finding us a price/offer point that we were comfortable with and presenting different strategies based on comfort level. Most importantly, he was there in person for every house visit after going under contract - For inspections, revisits and in handling some pre-sale complications that arose.
