Phoenix, Glendale, Maricopa, Apache Junction, Paradise Valley, Sun City,
Florence, and communities throughout the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area.
Since becoming licensed in 2017, Dave has successfully closed more than 100
residential real estate transactions totaling over $45 million in career sales
volume and is ranked among the top 7% of REALTORSA(R) in the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area.

Dave specializes in residential real estate, luxury homes,
relocation services, new construction, and military and Veteran homebuyers. His
work spans first-time buyers, move-up clients, sellers, and relocating
families, with a typical price range between $400,000 and $700,000 and
experience in transactions exceeding $1 million.

A retired U.S. Army veteran with more than 20 years of military
service, including the 82nd Airborne Division, Dave brings a disciplined,
strategic, and service-oriented mindset to real estate. He is a recognized VA
loan subject matter expert and serves as Vice President of the Veterans Medical
Leadership Council, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Veterans
in crisis. Through both his professional practice and nonprofit leadership,
Dave maintains a strong commitment to serving military families, Veterans, and
active-duty service members relocating throughout Arizona.

Dave holds multiple advanced industry credentials, including
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate, REALTORA(R) Institute (GRI),
Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist
(SRS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and Military Relocation Professional
(MRP). These designations place him among a select group of highly trained
residential real estate professionals nationwide.
