Couldn't be happier or more impressed with the level of service/care my family received from Dave. Communication was incredible. ANY question we had was immediately answered and he always followed up. There were absolutely no surprises. Dave approached everything with a systematic approach and included us in every decision. He always presented multiple options and explained the pros/cons of each. Whether it was what paint to use, the flooring, the layout of the staged furniture, etc., no detail was spared. He GENUINELY cared about our best interests. Where we were going to live after we sold our home, what are goals were with the sale of the house, and he kept that in mind throughout the process. As great a guy as Dave is the best part of the experience was our house selling... in less than a week (in a slow market) and over asking price! I can't recommend him enough.

Buying a house in the Bay Area is a challenge, but Dave helped us throughout the whole process. He was always attentive and on top of any questions we had. He understands the Bay Area competitive housing market and what it takes to find a dream home without loosing sight of what is important to your specific wants and needs. I submitted a rental application to Dave and he didnt respond. It took over 1/2 a month to finally respond and in the meantime other homes I was interested in went off the market. Dont expect quick answers with Dave
