He is very knowledgable about the different locations that I was looking into and even better when we were viewing the houses. He pointed out several things that were wrong with the house and took into consideration our wants and needs to help guide us to find my dream home. Both Dave and his team that he works with are extremely flexible and accommodating. When my fiance went into labor, he was able to get one of his team members to come to the hospital for us to sign the paper work needed for the house. He was in constant communication with us throughout the entire process and I never felt that I was out of the loop. I would highly recommend Dave and his company if you are in search for a home.

ZillowVERIFIED When we first met Dave it was obvious he and his team are the real deal. His knowledge of the real estate market blew us away. Best of all he took us to over 20 homes and every time it was like having our personal home inspector. Having a realtor who flat out tells you to not buy a home because of issues rather than pressuring you into an easy sale/commission is something you cant put a price tag on when shopping for a home. When we finally found our dream home he and his team made the buying process easier than imaginable. If youre looking for a home and not just a house, Dave is your guy.

ZillowVERIFIED If you want a realtor that is going to work as hard as you will towards landing a great property, then Dave is your guy. My fiancee and I contacted Dave with some houses we wanted to look at, and we were able to see them ALL at our earliest convience. It took us about a month and about 20 properties to find the starter house of our dreams. Thats when Dave really started working for us. He helped us with a lawyer, insurance, and even recommended banks to go through. We used a different bank, simply because we got a better deal through a bank affiliated with our union. On the day that we were to close on our house Dave was there to make sure that a few things were finished that needed to be done. He even climbed into the crawlspace to show the general contractor what he needed to fix. All in all a great guy, and a great realtor.-MWD

This person is a part of the process from the beginning until the day you close, and you need someone who knows what they are doing. First, Dave has a fantastic team that surrounds him, so you are getting more than a single person. Second, Dave is very passionate about what he does; he knows this business from front to back. Third, Dave is going to work hard for you, and he is going to give you the support you need to find your home. The first weekend of home tours for us was Labor Day weekend. We toured ?the One? the following weekend and became homeowners with keys to a beautiful place before November. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone remotely interested in buying or selling his/her property. I was originally a first-time homebuyer, and he made this overwhelming process a lot less stressful. Dave was able to walk me through the process in simple terms, and I truly knew that he had everything under control. Dave was very willing to show me as many places as I was interested in and was always accommodating to my schedule. When I found a property I loved, he did everything in his power to make the sale happen as smoothly and quickly as possible. ZillowVERIFIED We bought our first home with Dave, and admittedly we must have been difficult during the whole process. Dave was patient and took the time to meet with us after 5 pm many nights and weekends to show us homes and talk us through the process, and our many, many anxieties. Not only is Dave a great Realtor but he works with a great team of lenders and lawyers that made the closing process so fast that we were able to close in a month and meet the sellers tight time demands. Having Dave as our Realtor made the difference in not only finding our home, but as it had just come back on the market, he work furiously with the sellers agent to get a purchase and sales signed before they could get a another offer. Weve recommended Dave to friends and theyve had the exact same experience. The knowledge that he has in the building, construction, finance, and selling of homes really takes away the anxiety of buying a home.
