ZillowVERIFIED Dave is awesome! My husband and I were in Boise looking at homes to see if relocation is in our future. After giving us a tour of a home we requested, Dave quickly honed in on the type of homes and features we were interested in and showed us five homes the following day. Each home was in a different area and matched certain criteria we had - and each was an excellent suggestion for us. We're not yet in the "serious buyer" category, but Dave was willing and eager to spend time with us and to show us "his Boise." He is knowledgeable about Boise, each neighborhood and the pros and cons of each area. He provided us with a no pressure, super informative afternoon and gave us a lot of information to help us decide if relocating is what we want. I would highly recommend Dave to both buyers and lookers.

I think he was a little bit surprised that we indeed got close to our price, but he recognized the uniqueness of our view property and location that the others discounted.
