Dave Janssens

Growing up in Palos Verdes near the beaches of Southern California with a background in competitive sports and a family rooted in higher education, shaped Dave Janssens's entire life. His parents met at the Stanford Hospital, when his dad was earning a PhD and his mom was a nurse. With a scientist father who often consulted with NASA, nurse mother, and three sisters, their household always held plenty of entertainment. Dave's childhood home was just blocks from cliffs and beaches, and he fell in love with outdoor adventures and sports. By the time he turned 13, Dave had run in three marathons and was an avid participant in football, soccer, and weightlifting.

When Dave was about 10, his family hit the road in a motorhome and explored the Pacific Northwest - and he was instantly hooked. Later Dave attended Whitworth College, where he worked at a ski shop and was on the slopes every weekend. After college he became the Northwest Sales Representative at Redsand Clothing, allowing Dave to further explore the region while staying connected to his California roots. After purchasing his first home in 1992 Dave knew real estate was in his future. He got licensed in Washington state in 1997 and has been working in the industry full-time ever since.

Today Dave offers over 23 years of experience and his knowledge is second to none. As a top producer in the field Dave realizes his achievement is earned one client at a time, driving him to work tirelessly until expectations aren't only met but exceeded. Dave is an Eastside specialist but his impressive portfolio spans around the Greater Seattle Area. When he isn't with clients Dave enjoys spending time with his children, Curran and Megan, and staying active in his community. He is a founding member of the Lake Washington Lacrosse Club and always strives for his neighbors to achieve more.
